Returns Policy

Returning items for a refund

By law, you can return any item ordered by mail order within 7 days of receipt for any reason. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please email returns@salago.com within 7 days of receipt of goods to obtain a returns number, which must be included with the item. When returning items, please obtain proof of postage. Unless the items are faulty all returns are at the customer's cost. Items to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

If you change your mind about your purchase within the 7 day period we will refund the cost of the item and the original delivery cost as follows:
-If the item was part of a larger order, there will be no delivery charge refund.
-We will refund standard delivery charges only, not additional delivery charges for guaranteed special delivery.


Exchanging items

We offer to exchange goods within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange an item, please email returns@salago.com within 30 days of receipt of goods to obtain a returns number, which must be included with the item. When returning items please obtain proof of postage. Unless the items are faulty all returns are at the customers cost. Items to be returned must be unused, and undamaged and in the original packaging.


Faulty items

If the item you would like to return is faulty or the item you received is incorrect, please email returns@salago.com and we will contact you about how to return the item. The above does not affect you statutory rights.
