Returning items for a refund
We hope that you're happy with your purchase. However if you wish to return an item for a refund, please do so by Second Class mail to the following address:

When returning an item please enclose your invoice if possible, or a note with your details if not, and include instructions explaining what you would like to be done. Please also obtain proof of postage.
By law, you can return any item ordered by mail order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Unless the items are faulty all returns are at the customer's cost and items to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
For orders placed for delivery to the UK or EU, if you change your mind about your purchase within the 14 day period we will refund the cost of the item and the original delivery cost as follows:
-If the item was part of a larger order, there will be no delivery charge refund.
-We will refund standard delivery charges only, not additional delivery charges for guaranteed special delivery.
We offer to exchange goods within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days to discuss the exchange and check stock level. When returning items please obtain proof of postage. Unless the items are faulty all returns are at the customers cost. Items to be returned must be unused, and undamaged and in the original packaging.
If the item you would like to return is faulty or the item you received is incorrect, please email email@example.com and we will contact you about how to return the item. The above does not affect you statutory rights.
