Delivery Charges


UK

Standard Postage: For orders shipped to a UK address the postage and packing charge is £2.50 for orders under £10 and £3.99 for orders above £10. These orders will be sent by First Class Post or courier service, at our discretion.

FREE delivery on all UK orders over £45.00.

Next Day Delivery: The cost of next day delivery is £9.99 for orders up to £100 and £12.99 for orders above. Please note that next day delivery is only guaranteed for orders placed by 12:00. Orders with special delivery placed after 12:00 on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. PLEASE NOTE that Next Day Delivery is a signed for service, you will need to ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery. Please also note that next day delivery applies to working days only and excludes deliveries on Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

There may be additional postage and packing charges on some heavy or large items. If this is the case, we will contact you with the choice to pay the additional charges or cancel the order.


EUROPE

Standard postage and packing charge is £8.50 for orders up to £70.00 and £12.50 for orders up to £200. For orders above £200 there is an incremental charge of £0.10 for every extra £1. There may be additional postage and packing charges on some heavy or large items. If this is the case, we will contact you with the choice to pay the additional charges or cancel the order.


WORLDWIDE

For orders shipped to the rest of the world, the standard postage and packing charge is £19.50 for orders up to £50.00 and £24.50 for orders up to £200. For orders above £200 there is an incremental charge of £0.20 for every extra £1. There may be additional postage and packing charges on some heavy or large items. If this is the case, we will contact you with the choice to pay the additional charges or cancel the order.
Please note that on orders outside the EU if you wish to exchange a product you will need to cover the return postage as well as the postage cost of sending the replacement item(s).

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch orders received by 13:00 on the same day, and we aim to dispatch orders placed after 13:00 on the next working day. Should an item be out of stock we will always contact you with the estimated delivery date and the option to amend or cancel your order.

Although orders are usually delivered much faster, please allow 15 working days for Standard UK service, 20 working days for Standard EUROPE service and 25 working days for INTERNATIONAL deliveries.
